【快乐的六一英语作文】June 1st is a special day for children all over the world. It is called Children's Day, and it is a time when kids can enjoy themselves and have fun. In my school, we always have a big celebration on this day.

On that morning, I woke up very early because I was so excited. I put on my favorite clothes and went to school with my parents. When I arrived, I saw many colorful decorations and balloons everywhere. The teachers had prepared a lot of games and activities for us.

First, there was a talent show. Some students performed songs, dances, and even magic tricks. I watched them with great interest and clapped my hands whenever they did something amazing. Then, there were some games like a relay race and a drawing competition. I joined in the drawing contest and tried my best to draw a beautiful picture of a happy family.

After lunch, we had a picnic in the schoolyard. We brought our own food and shared it with our classmates. We laughed, talked, and played together. It was a very happy time. At the end of the day, the teachers gave us small gifts and certificates of participation. I felt very proud and happy.

Children's Day is not only a day to play and have fun, but also a day to remember how much love and care we receive from our families and teachers. I hope that every child can have a joyful and unforgettable Children's Day every year.
